Welcome to Offline Music Player - Play MP3 (the App). These Terms of Use (Terms) govern your use of the App, which is made available by HorizonHub (we, us, or our). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, you are entering into a legally binding contract with us. It is important that you carefully read and understand these Terms before using the Services. 7. Payments and Subscriptions

This service offers subscriptions with automatic renewal. Prior to starting a trial or making a purchase of our applications with auto-renewal, it is important to carefully review these terms and conditions of use. To avoid unnecessary charges, please ensure to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period or the current subscription period. If you need assistance with canceling your subscription or free trial, depending on where you purchased the subscription service, please visit the Apple Support website, Google Play Help (or any other App Store support page). Simply deleting the app will not cancel the subscription or trial.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided as is and as available without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the App.

12. Governing Law
